OATLAND is producing oat and barley flakes of diffrent flake sizes. In addition, we do also trade with potato starch and poatato seeds. We operate in domestic and international markets.The owner of the trade name OATLAND and www.oatland.fi is Xvator. Ltd. The company’s origin started already 1997. The company was re-constructed to a share-holding-company 2013.

We guarantee expert opinion for the stated grain quality. We work with international expert organizations who cherish their reputation, rather than short-term profit. Accordingly, the quality falsification is excluded.
Convenient and secure payment method
Bank letter of credit (L/C) Working with us, you get a guaranteed way to purchase grains. You pay your money to the bank under the terms of the letter of credit. We do not get the money before loading and shipping the goods to you. We use T/T as well.
A reliable company
Our advantage in partnership with our foreign traders and importers is our ability to pay. We have credit lines in the commercial banks of the second level, as well as we use cash flows from alternative business areas, such as construction of roads, construction materials and telecom services, professionally.

Prices (EXW.) are competetive
Prices are lower due to direct transactions with farmers without intermediaries. Price is negotiable depending on the market situation, including taxes and fees in the importing country.
Delivery of products under 4 terms directly from the farmers in Finland
The basic shipping terms of bulk deliveries are EXW, DAP, FOB Port in Finland – as per Incoterms 2010. They are standard and practical. But we can consider any other terms convenient for you as well.
Independent laboratoriums for analyzes
We use third party for analysez of the grain or potato starch.These laboratoriums are all approved by the European Union.
